A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOY~ON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC ROADS, STORM
SEWERS WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHTS~OF-WAY AND
WATER AND SEWER LINES FOR MAI~TENgNCE AND
OPERATION FOR CEDARWOOD VILLAS, PHASE II.
WHEREAS, Article XII, Section 1 and 2 of the City Code
requires the City to accept completed improvements for maintenance
and operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH
CITY OF BOYBUfON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts the
public roads, storm sewers within the public rights-of-way, and
water and sewer lines from Ced~rwood Villas, Phase II for operatic
and maintenance, subject to the posting of a bond in the amount of
$21,000 to cover the roadwork to be completed along the east limit:
of the property in a 30 ft. alley and costs related to defective
materials and workmanship.
Section 2. The surety bond in the amount of $79,502
previously posted with the City in conjunction with Cedarwood
Villas, Phase II, is hereby released.
