FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC ROADS, STORM
SEWERS WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND
WATER AND SEWER LINES FOR MAINTENAI~CE AND
oPERATION FOR THAT PORTION OF HUNTERS RUN
(SUMMIT ASSOCIATES, LTD.) FORMERLY
AS PARCEL 1, CHARTER WORLD (PALMLAND
DEVELOPMENT CORP. )
WHEP~EAS, Article XII, Section 1 and 2 of the City Code
requzres the City to accept
and operation.
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF BOYAITON BEACH,
Section 1. City of Boynton Beach
public roads, storm sewers within the public
completed improvements for maintenance
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
FLORIDA:
hereby accepts the
rights-of-way, and
water and sewer lines from that portion of Hunters Run (Summit
Associates, Ltd.) formerly known as Parcel 1, Charter World
(Palmland Development Corp.), more particularly described in
"Exhibit A" of Surety Bond No. 442E6298, for operation and mainte-
nance.
Section 2. The Surety Bond No. 442E6298 in the amount
of $16,000 previously posted with the City in conjunction with
that portion of Hunters Run (Summit Associates, Ltd.) formerly
known as Parcel 1, Cb rter World
hereby released.
