A RESOLUTION OF THE CITM OF BOYNTON B~CH
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE P~ING, DRAINAGE,
AND UTILITIES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION
FOR WOOLBRIGHT PLAZA
WHEREAS, Article XII, Section I and 32f of the City Code
requires the City to accept completed improvements for maintenance
and operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTObT BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts the
public paving, storm drains and water and sewer lines, within the
public right-of-way for operation and maintenance, subject to the
posting of a bond in the amount of $8,167.50 to cover uncompleted
sidewalks and costs related to defective materials and workmanship.t
Section 2. The surety bond in the amount of $178,791
previously posted with the City in
Plaza is hereby released.
