THE RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH CORRECTING A CLERICAL
ERROR IN THE ZONING MAP AND L~iND USE MAP
OF THE CITY IN REFERENCE TO LOTS 10 THROUGH
13 INCLUSIVE OF PALM BEACH COI/NTRY CLUB
ESTATES SUBDIVISION IN ACCORDANCE WITH
APPEndIX "A" ZONING REGULATIONS, SECTION
3. A. 5. f. AUTHORIZING THAT THE ZONING
MAP ~ND THE LAN-D USE MAF OF THE CITY BE
ADJUS_TEE ACCORDINGLY TO REFLECT THE PROPER
ZONING ON THE PROPERTY AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the recerds of the City reflect that the proper
zoning on lots 10 through 13 inclusive of Palm Beach Country
Club Estates Subdivision should be C-2, "Neighborhood Commercial
District"; and
WHEREAS,

WHEREAS, the City Council has the authority to correct such
errors in accordance with the Boynton Beach Zoning Regulations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. That the zoning map of the City of Boynton Beach
Florida, be revised to reflect the proper zoning on lots 9 through'
13 inclusive, Palm Beach Country Club Estates Subdivision and 1
through 5, Frank Webber Addition, as C-2 "Neighborhood Commercial ~
District."
Section 2. That the future land use element of the compre-
hensive plan be corrected to reflect the proper land use on lots
