A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTO~ BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING LIBRARy FEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of ~oynton Beach,
Florida, adopted the 1981 General Fund Budqet assumlng a Library
fee of four~c~nts (~¢) per dsy per 'book for overdue books;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C0~/NCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That a fee of four cents (4¢) is hereby established for
each day a book is overdue in accordance with policies currently
in effect in regard to maximum fees and book replacement.
