RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ADOPTING A TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1980 - 1981; ADOPTING A
PROPOSED MILLAGE RATE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
1980 - 1981; ANNOUNCING THE PERCENT BY
T~tCH THE MILLAGE RATE EXCEEDS THE ROLLED
BACK RATE EU~ISHED BY THE PROPERTY
APPRAISER; INSTRUCTING PUBLICATION OF
A NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING FOR ADOPTION
OF BUDGET AND SETTING A HEARING DATE FOR
THE FINAL ADOPTION OF BUDGET.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach has received a certi-
fication of value of proper~y within its jurisdiction from the
y appraiser in accordance with Florida Statutes §200.065;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach has further received
from said property appraiser a rolled back millage rate as required
by Florida Statutes §200.065; and
WHEREAS, a proposed tentative budget and proposed millage
rate has been presented to the City Council and public hearings
have been held thereon; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY ~COUNC!L OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof by reference is hereby adopted as the Amended Tenta-
