80-IIRESOLUTION NO. 80-~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE OPENING OF A CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH FLAGSHIP FIRST NATIONAL BANK IN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, SAID ACCOUNT TO BE KNOWN AS MISCELLANEOUS TRUST FUND. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTO~ BEACH FLORIDA: Section 1. That the City Treasurer is authorized to open with the Flagship ~i~st National Ba~nk in the City of BOynton Florids,~s checking account to be known as the~Zseellaneous~ '" T~mst Fund." Section 2. That all checks issued on the above-named check- ing account shall be prepared and signed by the City Treasurer, B. J. Zobel, or in the a'bsence of the City Treasurer, by the Deputy Treasurer, Alma Cook, or in the absence of the Deputy Treasurer, by the Finance Director, Grady W. Swarm, and such check shall be countersigned by the Mayor, Edward F. Harmen!ng, or an th absence of the Mayor, by the Vice Mayor, Walter Trauger, or in the absence of the Vice Mayor, y the Czty Manager, Peter L. Cheney. Section 3. That the City Clerk be and she is hereby instruc~- ed to forward a Certified Copy of this Resolution to the Flagship 1 First National Bank. Section 4.
