80-EERESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING A
CITY PROSECUTOR TO PROSECUTE CERTAIN VIO-
LATIONS OF THE FIUNICIPAL CODE IN THE COUNTY
COURT OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, there have been certain continuous, serious violatio~
of the City Code of the City of Boynton Beach, and
WHEREAS~ the persons responsible for the violations of said
Code have been taken before the City Code Enforcement Board, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that these violators have
not corrected their violationa after being brought before the Code
Enforcement Board, and
WHEREAS, the City Council feels that these persons should be
prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and
~{EREAS, Florida Statutes ~34.13~1979) allows the City to
appoint a municipal prosecutor who may prosecute violations of
municipal ordinances, and
WHEREAS, it is found to be in the best interest of the City
of Boynton Beach to have their own prosecutor to handle said
continuing violations~
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
~HE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1~ James R. Wolf is hereby appointed as the City
Proaecutor to prosecute violations of the Code of the City of
Boynton Beach in the County Court of the State of Florida, pur-
suant to Florida Statutes §34.13(5)(1979).
Section 2. That this Resolution shall
