80-AA SOL ION
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-I, ADOPTED MARCH 18, 1980.
WHEREAS, BETTY RISCOE,
has tendered her-resignation effective July 24, 1980;
WHEREAS, EDWARD F. ~%~E~ING, Vice Mayor of
Boynton Beach,
said office;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
2ITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Sectional. That authorization for Betty Riscoe to sign
~hecks, vouchers and withdrawal slips in the absence of the City
tanager is hereby Ee~okedcandzdeclared ~o be null and void.
Section 2. The remaining provisions of Resolution No.
80-I are hereby ratified and reaffirmed.
Section 3. That a true copy of this Resolution be sent
ho all Federal Savings and Loan Associations, commercial banks or
other depositories wherein the City of Boynton Beach maintains
uunicipal savings accounts, checking accounts or other deposits.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon itls passage.
