A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TttE CITY
OF BOYIFfON BEACH, P~ALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
ADOPTING THE SOUTH CENTRAL PALM BEACH COUNTY
201 FACILITIES PLAN ADDENDUM.
WHEREAS, revised population projections have increased
the projected flows for the South Central Wastewater Treatment
Plant; and
W}tEREAS, Palm Beach County has expressed the desire to
phase out Systems 3 and 5 and have the wastewater treated at the
South Central Wastewater Treatment Plant; and
WHEREAS, the 201 Facilities Plan has been updated to
incorporate these revisions; and
WHEREAS, the 201 Facilities Plan Addendum has been
completed and a public hearing duly held; and
WHEREAS, the plan has made certain recommendations for
future construction of wastewater facilities in the South Central
Palm Beach Count~ region.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Boynton
Beach does hereby adopt the 201 Facilities Plan Addendum and
recommendations therein as being the most cost effective program
for the South Central Palm Beach County Region.
