BE IT RESOLVEO BY THE CITY COUNCIL DF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
~EACH~ FLORIDA:
WHEREAS, THE CITY DF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA~proposes
construct Regional Trea~menv~ Disposa~ System Transmission Facilities
for abatement of pollution; and
WHEREAS, it wes deemed necessary and advisable to seek federal
assistance for such construction in the form of a Gran~ Increase under
Public Lsw 92-530, 2onstruction Grants Program, EPA Profect
No. C-t20496020;
WHEREAS~ the United States Environmental Protection Agency
~pproved the Gran~ Increase for the City of Boynton Beech to construc~
Lift Stations ~tE and ~19 and their Associated Force Mains on
April 15, 1980;
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
BEACH~ FLORIDa:
That the 2ity of Boynton Beach hereby accepts the Grant
Dffer in the amount of $1,6t?,290 from the U. S. Environ-
mental Protection Agency~ and thereby satisfies the re-
quirements of PL 92-500, as well as any rules and regula-
tions promulgated thereunder.
(2) That Peter L. Cheney, City Manager, be and he is hereby
auvhorized mnd directed to furnish such information
the U.S. Environmenval Protection Agency may reasonably
request in connection with the Grant Offer.
