THE WATER AND SEWER LINES OF
WATERSEDGE DEVELOPMENT PURSUANT
TO ARTICLE XII DF THE~IT_V CODE
WHEREAS,
Code require the City accede completed
maintenance and operation.
Article XII Sections I and II of the City
improvements for
NOW~ THERE?ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY DF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA:
~ection 1. City of BoyntQm-~each hereby accepts
water and sewer lines from Watersedge Development [Golf
Course Lots Inc. Developer) for operatiou and maintenance.
Section 2. Letter of credit number 10-178 previously
posted with the City in conjunction with the Watersedge Deveiopment
~lat is hereby released.
