CIRCUIT COURT IN PLAT BOOK NO. 21, PAGE 84.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, has reviewed an abandonment petition from nhe CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, the owner of lands abutting the area of
publicly dedicated Driveways described i~ Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, after thorough public investigation and public
hearing on said abandonment, it appears that no hardship will be
occasioned by suah abandonment, that said abandonment will be for
the best interests of the general public, and that no valid reaso~
exists why same should not be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA~
Section 1. That portion of the Four Driveways identified
as Driveway (2), Drive (3), Driveway (5) and Driveway (6) extend-
ing between the north limits of Driveway (8) and the south right-
of-way line of Woolbright Road all as shown on the plat "Municipal
Cemetery" in Section 33, Township 45 South, Range 43 East as
recorded by.the Palm Beach County Clerk of the Circuit Courn in
Plat Book No. 21, Page 84, is hereby vacated and abandoned and
said areas are hereby returned to acreage for purposes of taxatior
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effecn immediately
upon ins passage.
