A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 75-W (WATER RATES AND
CHARGES) OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, BY AMENDING SECTIONS 6 A~ 7 OF
SAID RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE UPDATED WATER

NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 6 of Resolution No. 75-W of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is amended to read as follows:
Section 6. Water Connection Charge. As required by
Ordinance No. 79-18, the water connection charge, covering the cosl
to the City of making the tap into the City system, installation
of the service lateral and meters, together with the cost of the
meters, shall be as follows for each unit inside the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida;

shall be the total cost of labor and materials to be performed and
supplied by City forces.
C. The Water Connection Charge provided by this section
shall be paid to the City prior~'to the City performing such
services.
Section 2. That Section 7 of Resolution No. 75-W of the
]ity of Boynton Beach, Florida, is amended no read as follows:
Section 7. Water Connection Charge. As required by
Ordinance No. 79-18, the water connection charge, covering the
cost to the City of making the tap into the City system, instal-
lation of the service lateral and meters, together with the cost
of the meters, shall be as follows for each unit outside the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida:
A. Where the City performs all of said connection services

C. Ths Water Connection Charge provided by this section
shall be paid to the City prior to the City performing such
services.
Section 3. That ~11 Resolutions and'parts of Resolutions
in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That should any section or provision.~of this
Resolution, or part htereof, be declared by a Court of competent
jurisdiction t6 be~-invalid, ~suc~ d~cision shall not affect nhe
validity of the remainder of the Resolution.
Section 5.
