A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYN%ON BEACH, FLORIDA, IN THE
INTEREST OF PUBLIC SAFETY, THE PREVENTION
OF CRIMES, AND THE PROSECUTION OF OFFENDERS
WHEREAS,

tem of criminal justice is improved and the law diligently en-
forced; and

protection of our society from rapidly spreading and increasing
criminal activities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Sec. 1: -- That the Governor, State Attorney, and all pre-
siding judges, members of the State Legislature, members of Con-
gress and the U. S. Senate, are hereby urged and requested to
take all possible measures to see that habitual offenders are
vigorously prosecuted, and that proper and adequate bail bonds
are required_ in the case of any criminal, and that criminals
i arrested for multiple crimes not be released on their own recog-
~nzzance unless there be grave extenuatzng czrcumstances.

Sec. 2: -- That the City of Boynton Beach,
calls upon all municipal and county governments
resolutions and forward them to the appropriate
governmental agencies.
