79-ZRESOLUTION NO. 79 - ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, GRAY, TING APPROVAL TO THE REQUEST OF JIM TERHORST OF GULFSTREAM LUMBER COMPANY FOR A PARKING LOT FOR A LUMBER YARD AS A CONDITIONAL USE~ON PROPERTYIN THE C-3 (COMMUNITY ~D~RC%AL) ZONING DISTRIgT OF THE ~CITY LOCATED AT 1415 SOUTH FEDERAL HIGHWAY ' PURSUANT TO SEcTIoN 11.2 OF THE~SITY ZONING REGULATIONS. WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, has received ~n application from Jim Terhorst for Gulfstream Lu~mber Company for the approval of a proposed parking lot for their lumber yard on property in the C-3 (Community Commercial) Zoning District of the City located at 1415 South Federal Highway as a Conditional Use pursuant to Section 11.2 of the City Zoning Regulations; and WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board did review said application an a public hearing and unanimously recommended ~epprovat of the said application, subject to the comments of the City Engineer, which are attached hereto and by reference made a pare hereof; and WHEREAS, the City Council has evaluated this recommendation from the City Planning and Zoning Board and finds that the said application and recommendation make satisfactory provision for the general health, safety and welfare of the community as re- quired by Section ll.2(D) of the City Zoning Regulations; NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA AS FOLL~TS: Section 1: The said application of Jim Terhorst for Gulf- stream Lumber Company for the Conditional Use of a parking lot for a lumber yard on property in the C-3 (Community Commercial) Zoning District of the City, located at 1415 South Federal Highway is approved subject to the attached comments of the City Engineer. npon Section 2. its passage.
