REASONS.
~, the position of Municipal Finance Director was established
by Rmsolution No. 79~F~ which provided class soecifications for the said
position; end
WHEREAS, the Municipal Personnel Director has rec~mnded that the
class specifications for the position of N~nicipal Finance Director be
anmnded as bmreinafter set forth; end
WHEREAS~ the City Mmnager has re~e~ed the said recommendation end
has approved it without modification; and
WHEREAS, the City Co~cil deems it to be in the best interests of
the City and its Civil Service System that the class specifications for the
position of Municipal Finance Director be intended as recccc~nded above;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYI~IfON BEACH, FLORIDA~, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the City Classification Plan be mr~nded by
amending the Class Specifications for the position of Municipal Finance
Director to read as set forth in the job description attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
Section 2: Tbmt all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in con-
flict herewith, be end the sane are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That should any seation or provision of this Rmsolution,
or part thereof, be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be in-
valid, such decision shall not effect the validity of the remainder of the
Resolution.
Section 4.

This Resolution shall take effect inmediately upon
