A P~SOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTKORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
ANy AND ALL DOCUmeNTS IN CONNECTtONWITH
FEDERAL GRANTS TENDERED BY THE UNITED
STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, has been
tendered a Federal Granm by the United States Envmronmental Pro-
tection Agency under the provisions of the Federal Water
Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, PL92-500; and
WHEREAS, the Cit~
reimbursement for EPA
this grant; and
of Boynton Beach, Florida, intends to seek
Project No. C-120496020 under the terms of
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach. Florida, proposes to
file additional grant applications under the provmsmons of said
act, amendments of 1972, PL92-500.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That Edward F. Harmening, as Mayor of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, ms hereby authormzed to execute any and all
documents in connection witk the processing of said grant reim-
bursement requests, future grant applications, and all other
documents relating thereso, as authorized representative of the
City.
