A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE

BANK AND TRUST I~ EHE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA,-Sa~ID ACCOUNT TO BE KNOWN AS THE1978
wATER ~ND ~EWER SYSTEM CONSTRucTIoN FUND°
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OOI/~CIL 0F THE CITY OF
BOYNTO~ BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section l: That the City Treasurer is authorized
open with the First Bank and Trust of Palm Beach county in the
City o6 Boynton Beach, Florida, a checking account to be known
the "1978 Water and Sewer System Construction Fund"
to
Secuion 2: That all checks issued on the above-named
checking account shall be prepared and signed by the City
Treasurer, B. J. Zobel, or in the absence of the City Treasurer,
by the Deputy Treasurer, Alms Cook, and such checks shall be
countersigned by the Mayor, Edward F. Harmening, or in the
absence of the Mayor, by the Vice Mayor, Betty Riscoe, or in the
absence of the Vice Mayor, by the Interim City Manager, Annette
P. Tinker.
Section 3: That the City Clerk be and she is hereby
instructed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
First Bank and Trust of Pa~au Beach County.
Section 4: This resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
