A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~E
CITY OF BOYNTON~BEACH, FLORIDA, CREATING
THE POSITION OF MUNICIPAL FINANCE
DIRECTOR AND PROVIDING THE DUTIES, RE-
SPONSIBILITIES, DESCRIPTION, AND SALARY
OF SAID POSITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the position of Municipal Finance Director
as a classified position is hereby created. The duties and
responsibilities of said office shall be in accordance with the
job description attached hereto and made a part hereof. Upon

NATURE OF WORK
This is professional and technical work in the maintenance
of central accounting and auditing records of thecity.
The work involves responsibility for supervision o~
~tmiled operation o~ the accounting system as welI ~for perso~-
ally maintaining important centralized accounts. The employee is
-also responsible for preparing monthly financial reports and
determination of accounting procedures to be used. ~ork is
