AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
BY DELETING ORDINANCE NO. O93-21 IN ITS
ENTIRETY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS,
SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City does not have sufficient funds
available to budget for the implementation, operation, and
enforcement of the Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 093-21 is hereby
deleted from the Code of Ordinances of the City of Boynton
Beach in its entirety.
Section 2. That all Ordinances or parts of
Ordinances, Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict
herewith, be and the same are repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 3. Should any section or provision of this
ordinance or portion hereof, any paragraph, sentence or word
be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the remainder of this
ordinance.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon adoption.
