A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A FULL RELEASE OF CASH SURETY IN THE AMO,UNT
OF $12,650 FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN POL Y PLASTIC
PACKAGING, INC.; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTNE DATE.
WHEREAS, Poly Plastic Packaging, Inc. provided cash surety in the amount of
$12,650 as surery for the water and sewer systems; and
WHEREAS, the Utility Department has completed final inspection and verified that
all portions ofthe water and sewer systems are operating satisfa<;torily,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Sectionl. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
ecommendatioh of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash surety in the amount of
$12,650 to Poly Plastic Packaging, Inc. .
Section 2.
That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
