A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
AN EIGHT (8) MONTH EXTENSION OF THE "NOTICE OF
INTENT" FOR THE CONGRESS AVENUE (M-l)
PLANNING STUDY APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO
02-006; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WlffiREAS, the Notice of Intent was to be in ect from the date of adoption and
ereafter for a maximum period of 180 days, unle7 erwise extended by the City Commission

implementation reco=endations inclu~ the reco=endation to extend and amend the NOI

conclusions of the study, if has reco=ended this 8.month extension of the NOI and the
corresponding tempor restrictive regulations;

NOW, THE"REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
