WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, has
heretofore filed a dredge and fill application for construction
of a regional sewer pump station ~356 site within the City of
Boynton Beach, Project ~626-681-04-4; and
WHEREAS, in conjunction with said project, the City,s
~S~tia~g engineers have prepared required biological survey,
ecological study, and hydrographic survey, all of which have
been read into the record of the meeting ~k which this Resolu-
tion was adopted; and
WHEREAS, having thoroughly considered said reports,
the City Council has made the findings set forth hereinafter.
MOORE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. Tha~ in connection with the application herein-
above described, the following findings and determinations
are made:
a. That the project will not violate any statute,
zoning law, ordinance, or other applicable restriction;
b. That the natural flow of the navigable water will
not be
channels,

accrue to adjoining land.
