78-DDD BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
1. That Thomas J. Woolley is hereby appointed as
Assistant City Attorney for the purpose of fulfilling the duties
of Special Assistant S ~;a~ Attornsy with regard to prosecution
of viola~io~ of municipal ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach
in the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida. The
compensation for the performance of said duties is hereby set at
s200.00 per month.
