BE IT RESOLUED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~ CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That strenuous opposition is hereby interposed to
proposed rate increase now bemng considered by the Florida
Public Service Commission, pursuant to request of Southern Bell
Telephone Company for increase of telephone rates within the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida; on the grounds that said rate
increase is patently discriminatory and unjustified on the basis
of the grounds stated--supporting said request. The Publi~
Service Commissmon ms respectively and earnastly requested to
deny said request for rate increase.
