WHEREAS, the owners of property contained in the plat
of CHARTER WORLD, FIRST ADDITION, have requested the City Council
of the City of Beynton Beach, Florida, for adoption of a
resolution abandoning and vacating said plat and after conduct
of public hearing by the Municipal Planning and Zoning Board
and the Boynton Beach City Council, and there being no objection
to the granting of said request from the general public or any
other interested party, and there appearing to be no reason why
said request should not be

Section%l: That the Plat of Charter World, First
Addition, subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
recorded in Plat Book 31, page 20, of the Public Records of
Palm Beach County, Florida, be and the same is hereby vacated
and abandoned and the area contained therein is hereby returned
to acreage for purposes of taxation.
