'78-~--~ BE IT RESOL\~D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section !: That in consideration of the owners of property discribed in the attached instruments granting public utility easements to the City over said property~ the City of Boynton Beack hereby gives its assurance to said owners that there is now and shall be within the foreseeable future, sufficient sewage plant capacity to service owners property to adequately meet the needs of development on said property.
