OF BO~TON BEACH, FLORIDA APPOINTINGPAUL H.
STARTZMAN AS THE,L~ISgN OFFICER FOR THE
CITY WITH THE SOUTH CENTRAL WASTEWATER
TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL FACILITY: ~D FURTHER
PROVIDING FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES
INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH SAID OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Paul H.
to serve as liaison officer for the
Startzman is hereby appointed
City of Boynton Beach, Florida
and the South Central Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Facility
Board, the City of Delray Beach, Florida and other affected muni-
cipalities. The City Manager is authorized %o pay to the said
liaison officer the sum of $~D.~ , per week for expenses
incurred- during such time as he zs continuing to serve in said
capacity for the City; and to further reimburse said officer for
any expenses of travel, including meals and lodging and long
distance telephone calls made by him in fulfilling the duties and
responsibilities of his office.
