78-KRESOLUTION NO. 7R- ~
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 13 of
the Cod~ of Ordinances of ~he City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
pertaining to garbage, trash and weeds, and the provisions of the
City Charter of said City and the General Laws of the State of
Florida, a recent periodic survey of the City has been conducted
and a report submitted to the Mayor of the municipality describing a
certain parcel of land located within the municipal limits of the
City whereon conditions constituting nuisances as defined in said
Laws exist; and
WHEREAS, supporting data regarding the existence of
subject nuisances has been submitted to the City Council at a
regular meeting and the Council has thoroughly c~nsidered said
report and supporting data relative thereto, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found, as a fact, that a
prima facie case has been established showing the existence of
nuisances, as defined in the above and foregoing Laws, on the
~arcel of land more particularl~ described hereinafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE_CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That nuisances as defined in Chapter 13 of the
Code of Ordinances of the Ciny of Boyn~on Beach
Florida, and the Laws of the State of Florida, exist
on the parcel of land situated within the munlclpa[[
limits of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, more
particularly described as follows:
Parcel 1: Lots 19 & 20, Block 3, Golfview Harbour.
1st Section, recorded in Plat Book 26 , Page 178,
Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
2. That the City Clerk of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, is hereby directed, within five
days from date hereof, to forward written notice
as prescribed by Chapter 13 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
to the last recorded owner of the parcel of land
hereinabove described.
