A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, VACATING AND ABANDONING
10' UNIM_PROVED ALL~Y LYING BETWEEN' LOTS 92 AND
93, ARDEN PARK WITHIN SAID CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida'has received a petition from the owner of land described
hereinafter for the adoption of a resolution vacating and aban-
doning 10' unimproved alley lying between Lots 92 and 93, Arden
Park within said City; and
WHEREAS, subject abandonment has heretofore been con-
sidered by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, and a favorable recommendation has been rendered
in conection therewith; and
WHEREAS, after thorough public investigation and public
hearing of said abandonment, it appears that no hardship will be
occasioned by said abandor~ment, that said abandonment will be for
the best interests of the general public, and that no valid
reason exists why same should not be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF. BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:

Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 96, is
hereby vacated and abandoned, and said area is hereby returned
to acreage for purposes of taxation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7~ day of February, 1978.

in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
