A RESOLUTION -ESTABLIHHiNG ~CIT~ ~F~O~TON BEACH
FEDERAL PUBLIC WORKS~DMPLOYMENT FUND TRUST
ACCOUNT (ANTi-RECESSIONAL).
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida will receiv
certain funds from the Government of the United States of America
pursuant to the Public ~orks Grant Act; and
WHEREAS, all funds to be received by the City pursuant
to said Act must be deposited directly into a special trust
account to be esmablished for such purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY T~E
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: Tha~ the City Treasurer is hereby authorize
to open with Cenmury Bank of Boynton Beach, Boynton Beach,
an account to be known as "City of Boynton Beach - Federal Public
Works Employment Fund Trust Account (Anti-Recessional)" account f.
the purpose of depositing therein all funds received from the
United States Treasury Department pursuant mo the said Public
works Grant Act.
Section 2: That all checks ~ssued on the above-named
account shall be prepared and signed by the City Treasurer, B.J.
ZOBEL, or in the absence of the City Treasurer, by Deputy
Treasurer, ALMA COOK, and such checks or vouchers shall be counte
signed by the City Manager, FRANK KOHL, or in his absence by the
Mayor, JOSEPH F. ZACK, or in the absence of both the City Manager
and the Mayor, by the Vice Mayor, EMILY M. JACKSON.
Section 3: That the City Clerk be and she is hereby
instructed to forward a certified copy of the resolution to
Century Bank of Boynton Beach, Boynton Beach, Florida.
