A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A RELEASE OF CASH SURETY TO
PAC LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $9,529.96 FOR THE PROJECT
KNOWN AS VIA LUGANO; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the developer of this parcel, previously
posted cash surety in the amount of $9,529.96 to for the
)roject known as Via Lugano; and
WHEREAS, a final inspection has been conducted on this
project and the water and sewer systems appear to be
functioning properly;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM/~ISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, based upon the recommendation of
staff, hereby approves the release of the cash surety in the
~mount of $9,529.96 to PAC Land Development Corporation, for
~he project known as Via Lugano.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon passage.
