That there be, and there hereby is, levied upon all of the taxable property, both real and personal, within the City of Boynton Beach~ Palm Beach Cottnty, Florida, A G~RAL TAX to provide for the GE~RAL~XPENSE of said City as provided in the Budget Items hereLnbefore set forth, to-wit: a tax sufficient to produce the sum of Thirty-one thousand, six hundred ninety- six dollars and twenty-six cents - ($31,698.~6) ...... ~.
