BE IT 0PH)%INED BY ~ CITY COUNCZL OF T~E CiTY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA: That parcel of land ~k~ ~ ~ ~ ~ '.~'~' ~ being ~ the north Three H~dred Thirty (330) Feet of the South S~ven H~dred (700) Feet of Gover~nt Lot Zone D Three ($~ Acerage Section 22~ To,ship ~ South~ R~nge 4S East~ shall be zoned T~e "D~ gone a depth of Two H~dred Feet (2~) ~u~ing parallel to the E~st of the Federal Highwsy. Zone Beginning at Barce!onia Way going west to the City limits on Boynton west Road shall be type A-1 Zone the depth of One Hundred Fifty (l~O) Fe~t on both sides of said Boynton West Road. Zone B That portion of the subdivisions now zoned as Type C Zone in Hathway~ Central and Eureka Parks shall be changed to B Zone. ~ Zone D-I Starting at a point One Hundred Fifty (1~0) Feet east of the Federal Highway on Woolbright Road and rrm North along said Highway to Dade Street~ then west along south boundary of Dade Street to said Federal Highway and run South along East boundary of said Highway to the point of beginning~ shall be Type D-1 Zone. No Gasoline and oil fill~ng stations and no service station shall be erected or located within Two Hund- red (200) Yards of any ch~mch~ hospital~ school or other such institution~ where large numbers o£ ped- estrians eongregaze~ or within Two Hundred.
