REPE~LING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF 0RDI-
N~NCES IN COnfLICT ~TH SUCH 0RIDIANCE.

practices and procedure of the building inspection; and
W~IF~REAS~ the inspection of the ~ustallation of certain
plumbing units is becoming an added burden and expense it is
hereby resolved;
NOW~ T~REFORE~ BE IT ORDAINED BY TP2ECOI~ISSION OF THE
CITT OF BOY,ON BEACH:
That from the passage of this ordinance the following shall
govern the fees to be paid for inspection of plumbing %Lnits and
herewith adopting all acts previously made and enforced by the
City Commission concerning said plumbing inspection.
SECTION ~%9".-- The last sentence of ssid section reading
as follows shall be deleated, "Provided that no fee shall ex-
ceed Fifty ($%0.00) Dollars", said change shall not limit the
amount which may be charged under said section.
BE IT 0RDAINED~ that all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed; pro-
riding for the same penalty for violation thereof as
vided in 0rdin~uce ~o. 173~
