Section' 1. There is hereby assessed and imposed on every
insurance oompany~ corporation om other insu~e~ now engaged in

policy hold, rs on all premiums collected on fire and tornado
insurance policies covering propert~ within the corporate
l~igs of the Town of Boynton, ~lomida.
Section ~. All money demived fm~n t~ taxes imposed by
this o~inmnco is hereby appropriated to the Fir~men's Relief
and Pension ~nd of the To~ of Boynton, Florida, which shall
be a~inist~ed in accordance with the provisions of
19, ll2, ~ws of FloriRa, Acts of 19~9, p~oviding for the
Creation a~ A~inistration of a Firemen's Relief ar~ Pension
Fund in c~rtain Cities a~ Towns.
S~ction ~. ~e licens~ tax herein assessed a~ ~posed
shall be in a~dition to all other license taxs~ now levied by
the Town of Boynton~ Palm Beach County, Florida.
Section &. ~e excise or license tax hemein provided
for shall be payable and collected in th~ mazmer p~ovided for
