SHALL CEASE TO BE ~ECTIVE; PROVIDING FOR
THE FOPJ~CLOSURE OF SAID TAXES OR CERTIFI-
CATESI AND PROVIDING FOR THE CHARGING Ai~D
COLLECTION OF INTEREST,
BE IT ORDAINED BY Ti~ C0~H~ISSIONERS OF T~ CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, PALM B~-'-'.CH COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION I
That the Co~aission of the Ci~ of Boynton Beamh, Palm
Beach County~ Florida, shall be and it _hereby is authorized,
and e~powered to offer for sale and to sell certain of tho tax
sale certificates now owned and held hy the CitF of Boynton
Beach, including taxes now owing, on properties located within
the City of Boyn~on Beach.
SECTION II
That ~'~y person, firm, partnership or corporation may
deposit with the Clerk o£ the City of Boynton Beach, cash in
an amount equal to the amongst of taxes now owing to the City
of Boynton Beach £$r the taxable year 19~, upon any ~arcel
or parcels of property located 'within t_be corporate limits of
said city$ provided t~t the taxes on said property are fo~d
to be unpaid, or tax sale certificates t~roon unrsdeemed~
prior to the taxable year 1934; whereupon the City, by
through its governing authority, shall advertise the sale of
such certificates and said ~axes, and shall sell the same to
the hi~n~st ~a bost bidder for cash at the front door o£
City Hall of said city, altar advertising the same for a oeriod
of four ('4) weeks by post~lg a notice of s~ch sale at the front
~oor of tho city hall in said city.
PROVIDED F~THER tb~t the amount of money deposited as
hereinbefore provided for shall be construe~ as m~d used for
tb~ fTrst bid to be made on said certificates or taxes, as th~
case may be, when the same ape offered for sale; arzl if no,
hig~ or greater,bid is offered therefor~ then the depositor
of saia money shall have said certificates or said taxes, or
both, as the case may be, struck off to him or it, as the
high-est m~d best bidder; PROVIDED F0~RTHER that nothing herein
conta~ed shall prohibit or preclude any o~her person~ fi~m,
partnership pr :corporatiom from bidding on or for said~ car-
tifi~t~S ~nd taxes, and in such event the hi~2~st and best

SECTION III
Tha5 zuld~r the p~ovisions of Section II hereof, ~here~
such~sa%e is to oo6ur on or ~ter N0vomberl A. D. 19&~ the'
amount o£ deposib reGuired, in addition to the a~o~u~t sp.c~
i~ie~.in Said Section, shall be ~ amount equal to the ~xes
o~ Suc~ prop.~ty fo~ the taxable y~ar 19~o, a~ ~ s~le of
said c~rtificates or said taxes s~ll inctud~ ~ taxes for
the ye~ 1943.
SECT-~ ON IV

law; but that the pumchaser thereof shall only be entitle~.
to receive ei~ht (~) oar cent~ interest per munum on the amoun~
of his b~d am~ Dayment fo~ said certificate~ m~_d. taxes, or
eithew of thsm 'from the aat~ such certificates or taxes an~
transferred to such bidder.
SECTION V
