BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THeEw CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, P~/~M BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA:
i. That there be, and there hereby is~ levied upon all of
the %axable property, both real and personal, within the City
of Boynton Beacn, Palm Beach County~ Florida, A GENERal TAX to
orovide for the GENERAL E~CDENSE of said City as provided ih the
Budget Items hereinbefore set forth, to-wit: a tax sufficient
to produce the sum of Twenty'nine thousand, fifteen dollars -
($29~01~.00).
2. That'there be, and there hereby is, levied upon all
of th~ taxable property, both real and personal, within the City
of Boynton Beach~ P~mBeach County, Florida~ A SPECI~ TAX TO
provide f~r the payment of INTEREST ON OUTSTANDING INDEBTED~_SS
as hereinbefore set forth, to-wit; a tax sufficient to produce
the sum of Twenty thousand and O0/lO0 dollars - ($20,000.00).
3. That said taxes hereinbefore referred to~ in Paragraph
i of Page W, be and the same hereby are, apportioned to and
levied against all taxable property~ both real and personal,
within the Corporate Limits of the City of Boyn~on Beach, Palm
Beach County, Florida, in proportion to the assessed valuation
of such properties as are not exempt from taxation by reason of
the Homestead Admendment'. The valuation of all taxable property,
bothreal and personal ~9on which such taxes may be levied,
situalted within the Coroorate Limits of the City of Bo~ton Beach,
Palm Beach County, Florida, for the tax.able year 19~8,:which is
the fliscal year ending ~ctober 3~st, 1~9~9, .as sho~.w~_ by the Tax
Assessment Roll of said ~ity Of~oynton B~ch~ being hereby fixed
at O~e Million, four hUndre~'~si~tyleight t~ou~and ~d fifty-

5. That said Taxes, hereinbefore referred to, in Paragraphs
I and 2 above, be extended upon the Tax Books of the City of
Boynton Beach) Palm Beach County, Florida, in the proper millage
proportionate to the valuation thereof as returned by the Tax
Assessor, that is~ that the millage thereof be as follows, to-wit:
FOR GENERAl EX~PENSE - 20.00 MILLS
FOR INTEREST ON 0UTSTANDIEG INDEBTEDNESS - 1i.00 MILLS
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED:
That the above and foregoing ORDINANCE, being an Ordinance
providing a Budget and fixing a tax.rate or making a tax levy
for the General Expense and Interest Requirements upon the In-
debtedness 9f the City of BdYnton Beach~ Florida, for the fiscal
year beginnmng November l, 19~8 and ending October ,31st, 19~9,
be and the sslne hereby is PASSED AhrD ADOPTED THIS ~th day of
October~ A.D. 19~8, being a Regular Meeting of the City CotLncil
of the City of Boy~nton Beach~ Florida~ and being the meeting at
which the same was introduced.
