t. That the items shown hereinabove on Page I! hereof be, and
they hereby are~ made fixed aopropriations for the purpose des-
cribed after each item.
2. That there be~ and ther~ hereby is levied upon all of the
taxable property, both real and oersonal, within the Town of
Boynton, Palm Beach County~ Florida, a General Tax to orovide
for the GENER~L Et~ENSE of said Town as oroveded in the Budget
items hereinbefore set forth~ to-wit, a tax sufficient to produce
the sum of FOURTEEN THOUS~2~D EIGHT HDUOBED THIRTY-O~ DOLL~RS ~D
SIXTEEN CENTS ($ 1~,831.16).
~. That there be, and there hereby is, levied upon all of
the taxable prooerSy, both real and oersonal~ within the Town
of Boynton, Palm Beach Co~uty~ Flmrid@, the following soecial
taxes to raise the s~ms aopropriated on ~age II hereof:
(a) A soecial tax of 6.00 Mills to produce the sum
of $6,620.49 for the purpose shown in Item 0n%

Ps~ Beach County~ Fiorids~ in proportion to the assessed
valuation of such p~operties as are not exempt from tax~tio~
by reason of the Homestead ~mez~dment. The valuation of all
of the taxable prgperty, both real a~d personal, upon which
such vexes may be levied, situated within the Corporave Limits
of the Tov,~ of Boynzon¢ Palm Beach County, Florida, for the
taxable year 1939~ which is the fiscal year ending October
