O#169ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE OF THE T0~N OF B0¥NTON, PALN BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, SETTING ASIDE CERTAIN LANDS FOR PEE~ANENT PUBLIC RECREATION PURPOSES; GIVING A NA~E TO SAID p%~K; ~QUT. LINING THE PURPOSEB OF ~AID P-ARK, PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCemeNT OF THIS ORDINANCE AND DECLARING AN E3~ERGENCY. BE IT 0RDAIKED BT THE TO%~N CONMISSION OF ThE TOWN OF BOYNTON, PALM BEACH COUNTY,' FLORIDA: Section 1. That Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Block Eight (8) of the 0Piginal To~a% of Boynton be and hereby are, designated and set aside as a permmnent Recreation Park. Seoti~% 2. That said Recraation Park shall be named and hereby is named and designated as "CENTRAL P~_~K". Section 5. That said Central Park shall be used for no othe~ purpose than for recreational purposes. Section ~. That it shall be.~unlawful for any person, persons, association, associations, corporation, corporations, organization or organizations to use said Park for the purpose of holding or conducting meetings, public speaking~or any commercial or political activities. Section 8. That tl~ Chief oF Police or any Deputy ~a~shal~f the Town of Boy~ton, Florida, be and they hereby are empowered and directed to enforce the provisions of Section ~ of thi~ Omdinance by expelling from the park grounds any person or persons found violating same. Section 6. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure on the ground of urgent public need for the preservation of peace, safety and property of the Tow~% of Boynton. (Signed) N. A.
