1. That 0rdinance No. 87 entittedF"An Ordinance of
the Town o£ Boynton, Palm Beach County, 1Orida, regulating
and controllinE, the use of the streets, alleys, public
ways and grounds or other public pPoperty of said Tow~
by bicycles, aRtombolles or ether vehicles and machines
and providing pmni~t~ent f~ any person, fi~m or
corporation quilty ef any violation of said 0~dina~ce
by fi~e or imprisonment er beth~ And repealing all
Ordinances in conflict herewith~.~ Be amended by
amfellows:addi~g thereto Section 12 and l~ of Article ~ thereof
ARTICLE T~REE.
Section 12. It shall be ~tawful for the operator
a~y truek to permit the same to be parked on 0eea~
Avenue, b~tween. D~xie Highway and Palmetto, for the
purpose or~ reeemvxng or delivering merchandise or for
~-o~er p~pose; provided, However, that this res-
rlction shall not aoolv to tha~ ~ ~e
known as a Pick Upm
Section 1Z~ It shall be unlawful to park any
vehicle on Ocean Avenue, between Dixie Highway
Palmetto ~treet, except witD_In the lines provided For
such parking and only in the direction im which the
vehicle is travelling prior to being parked, to-wit;

4. This Ordinance z~ll become effective 'in accordance
with the laws of the State of Florida and the Charter of the
Town of Boyntcn in Palm Beach County, Florida.
