Section 2. Any person, violating this ordinance shall upon conviction thereof, be fined im a sum not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500,00) ~r by imprisonmen~ in .th~ Town Jail o~ at hard labeP, upon the trablic streets or .other public works of said Town fo~ a ,period not exceed- lng Sixty (60) days or by both such fine and imprisonment ~ in the discretion of the Judge of the Mayor's Cou~t. Sectio~ 3. All ordinances or par~S of ordin~uces in con~lic~ with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 4. If any section, sentenge, clause~ pk~ase or other part of this o~dinance~is ~or ahy reason hold'not vmlid or uncons~itutiona~,.s~ch~deczsion!shall notaffect the validity of the remaining parts ~ther~of. ~ection §. This ordinance Shall become effective in accordance with the laws of bhe State of Florida ar~ the Charter of the Town of Beyaton in Palm Beach County, Florida. Reading the 8th day of February, A.
