broker or conducting a pawn broki~g shod within
the Tow~ shall keep a record, and s~ll make a
daily report to the Town Marshal er his representative
of every article o~ thing pawned or purchased by
him erthem$ said report and record to specify the
article or things, such as number~ mark and all othe~
details as will make identification of such articles
or things ~lear and postive; and such person or
persons aforesaid shall hold their shopopen to
visitation er inspection by the police, and upon
refusal of any pawn broker at any time to submit
to such visitation or i~speetion, his or their shop
shall j~mmediately be closed by order of. the Board of
Town Com~,~ssioners. All licenses issued to pawn
brokers are s~bjec~ to these provisions, any
violatlen of w~ieh will be punished Dy the re-
vocation cf his or their license, and no license to
a pawn broker shall be tramsfe~ed ~om the person

Tns above Ordinance, h~ving been placed on its first
reading at a Regular ~eeting of the Town Co~ission held
on September V, 193V, was finally passed and adoptedon
the secon~reading at a regular meeting of said Board of
Town Commissioners held on October 8~ 193V.
and a copy hereof posted at the front door of the Town
Hall.
