OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT W~TH THE
PROVISIONB OF THIS ORDINANCE,
BE IT 0RD~INED BY THE TOWN C0~MSION OF 2HE T0~N OF
BOTNTON~ PALM BEACH C0UN~, ~wLORIIIA~
That Seotie~s~hree (~) and Five (6) of Ordinance No.
~ of ~ Town o~ Boynte~, Fle~ida, entitled "Tow~
Commission", be and the same hereby are amended to read
as follows:
~eetion ~. The Town Commission shall hold Regular
at'the Town H~ll of the Town of Boynton on the
First T~esday of each Month at ~:~0 o'clock P.M.
and shall remain i~ session for a Defied of at least One
(t) hour.
Section 6. Ail meetings ef the ~o~n Commission shall
be epe~ to the public. N.tioe of Special Meetings shall
be pos~ed~t the F~omt Doer of the Tewn Hall at least ~wenty
Fc~r C2~ hours pr~0r te the desis~ated time for such meet-
ings, e~cept in cases of extreme emergency; such notice sha~l
state the p~rpose for which the~Speclal Meeting is ~called
and_ no other b~siness shall be transacted except that stated
in $~O~ ~oti~ee
