SECTION 1.
That f~om amd after the passage of this ordi~-~oe
it shall be lawful for the Town of Boynton to sell
real estate owned by it and to accept in lieu cf cash,
bonds owing by said Town, whether said bonds ~e due or
not due~ including the mamured in~e~est on said bo.nds,d
and each of them. PROVIDED, HOWE~ER, that no mnma~ure
bond eP bonds and no in$erest thereon s~all be accepted
in payment for taxes on said preperty or properties for
the year 1934~ 1935, 1936 and 1937, nor s~all the same
be accepted in the payment of court costs and
ney,s fees incurred in the foreclosure of said proper-
tie s. PROVIDED FUETEER hereln contaimed
shall be censmrue.d as the use of current
account credits which are obligations in the payment
of taxes and penalties for the years 1934, 193B,
and I~V.
SECTION II.
UHEREAS a grave emergency exists- and is hereby declared
=o exist, for the immediate ~taking effect cf this
ordinance, the same shall ,be in full fores and virtue
from and after the date cf i~s passage.
