That f~om amd after the passage of this ordi~-~oe it shall be lawful for the Town of Boynton to sell real estate owned by it and to accept in lieu cf cash, bonds owing by said Town, whether said bonds ~e due or not due~ including the mamured in~e~est on said bo.nds,d and each of them. PROVIDED, HOWE~ER, that no mnma~ure bond eP bonds and no in$erest thereon s~all be accepted in payment for taxes on said preperty or properties for the year 1934~ 1935, 1936 and 1937, nor s~all the same be accepted in the payment of court costs and ney,s fees incurred in the foreclosure of said proper- tie s.
