section i. That it shall be unlawful for any person,
~ersons, flr~ or corporatmon, to sell or offer ~or sal
f~reworks of ~ny ~esoripw~, ~ln~ or character~ w~thln
the Co~oorate l[mits of fhe Town of Boynton, Palm Beach
County, Florida.
Section 2. ~nat any person, persons~ firm or corporati~,
or any agent or employee of such person, ~rsons, fimm
or co~poration, who shall be convicted of a violation
of tn_s 0~dinanee shall be subject to a f~ne ~ot ex-
ceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100,00) or.imprisonment
fo~ not more tbs~n Twenty Five (25) days~ or both such
fine and impmisonment in the discretion of the Court.
THIS ORDINANCE bmving been read in full at a
meeting of the Board of Town Cof~missioners of the
Town of Boyntonl Florida, held on the Vth day of
~ay, A. D. 1935~ was finally adopted on it's final
reading at a regular meeting of said Board of Town
Commissioners, held on the 21st day of ~ay, Ac D.
