A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, VACATING AND ABANDONING
5' PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT ACROSS SOUTH SIDE OF
LOTS 12 AND 137 CRESTVIEW SUBDIVISION, PLAT BOOK
23, PAGE 154, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, WITHIN ~SAID CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA. *LESS THE WEST 5' THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Bea~ ,
FlOrida has received a petition from the owner of land described
hereinafter for the adoption of a resolution vacating and aban-
doning 5' public utility easement across South side of Lots 12 and
(less the West 5' thereof)

of Palm Beach County, Florida within said City; and
WHEREAS, Subject abandonment has heretofore been con-
sidered by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, and a favorable recommendation has been rendered
mn connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, after thorough public investigation and public
hearing of said abandonment, it appears that no hardship will be
occasioned by said abandonment, that said abandonment will be for
the best interests of the general public, and that no valid rea-
son exists why same should not be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
~HE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That 5' public utility easement across Soul
(less the West 5' thereof)
side of Logs 12 and 13,/Crestview Subdivision, Plat Book 23, Page
154, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, is hereby
vacated and abandoned, and said area is hereby returned to acre-
age for purposes of taxation.
