A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, SETTING FORTH DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
OF MUNICIPAL COMMUNITY RELATIONS BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That in order to establish duties and respon-
sibilities of the Community Relations Board of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, the following criteria is hereby estab-
lished:
1. Said Board is to act as liason between the City Housing
Authority and the citizens requiring housing and rent subsidies.
2. The Board shall act as liason between the City Manager
and those individuals needing food supplements.
3. The Board shall disseminate information in all sectors
of the City concerning demolition of dila~pidated and condemned
structures in order to allay fears of the citizens located in
said area.
4. The Board shall organize all sectors of the community
and establish programs for clean up and up grading of said City.
5. Any other duties assigned to the Board by the City
Counc i 1.
