A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE OPENING
OF A CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH THE FIRST BANK AND
TRUST IN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, SAID
ACCOUNT TO BE KNOWN AS THE "CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
CLAIMS FUND".
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the-City Treasurer is authorized to open
with the First Bank and Trust in the City of Boynton Beach, Flor
a checking account to be known as the "City of Boynton Beach Cla
Fund."
Section 2: That all checks issued on the above-named
checking account shall be prepared and signed by the City Trea-
surer, B. J. ZOBEL, or in the absence of the City Treasurer, by
the Deputy Treasurer, ALMA COOK, and such checks shall be coun~
signed by the City Manager, FRANK KOHL, or in his absence, by
Mayor, JOSEPH ZACK, or in the absence of both the City Manager
and the Mayor, by Vice Mayor, EMILY JACKSON.
Section 3: That the City Clerk be and she is hereby in-
structed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
First Bank and Trust.
Section 4: This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
